- Supported the Sasol Mining SHE central team in the business analysis preparation to implement a SHE integrated system within the Sasol Mines. Activities performed were as follows:
- Data/process gathering through interviews and walkdowns with the SHE team at various mines
- Provided analysis and recommendations to improve current SHE inspections, reports, critical controls and current challenges.
- Designed Entity relationship diagrams of process mapped
- Provided inputs to the System developers to design a SHE integrated system.
- Supported the Sasol Mining Safety Risk management team to update ten (10) MCOP (Mandatory Codes of Practice) according to the DMR (Department of Mineral Rights) guidelines, and engaged with MCOP Document owners to verify technical content amendments.

NYDA (National Youth Development Agency) is a South African-based agency established to tackle challenges that the youth are faced with. The National Youth Development Agency provides Enterprise Financing, Education and Skills Development to SME’s (Youth).
- (Nov 2018-Nov 2020) Provide mentorship services to young entrepreneurs that the NYDA is supporting and enabling in the Gert Sibanda District.

Embell Pty Ltd is a newly established business specializing in welding in construction and steel structures, Building construction and maintenance and SH&E consulting.
- Dec 2018: Provided business development mentorship and coaching in marketing the business on Procurement portals online; i.e. SAP Ariba, Central Government database, PetroSa, Eskom tenders, etc.

N WS Fisheries (PTY) LTD is a newly established business (August 2018), based in the North West Province. The company uses aquaculture cages to grow and harvest fresh water fish for human consumption.
•Jan 2019 – currently: Provided business development mentorship and coaching in financial management, operations management and leadership. Designed a high-level quality management system. Designed a logo for the company. Requested for quotations for operating assets. Researched on operational assets, i.e. fishing boats, fish meal machinery, processing factory. Acquired a vehicle for the business at a reduced price. Developed Business administrative tools and systems. Developed Business plan for funding for the project. Designed a website and marketing content. Assisted with financial reconciliation of expenses in the business. Provided Bookkeeping services. Supported the process of closing the company.

Pako & Sabi’s enterprise (PTY) LTD sells vegetables, grown in green houses. The business is based in North West. The business is in a growth phase to improve existing operations, expand its production and enter into the poultry business.

Action with Passion
Action with Passion is a non-profit organization in its development phase. Action with Passion provides services to the community and to corporate companies; motivational talks, counselling, fundraising initiatives for those in need and program director services. The service incorporates story telling using music to captivate the audience. The organization is based in Mpumalanga.

The program focused on integrating the HR platforms across the Sasol international Operating models into one global platform. I had the opportunity to work with Accenture consultants working on the technical implementation of the solution.
